To address menstrual health and break down associated stigmas, Blossoms of Hope Foundation leads impactful campaigns on menstrual hygiene in schools. The first took place on International Women’s Day at Brimah High School, where the team distributed sanitary pads and led sessions on menstrual hygiene management. The second campaign, held at PEAS Horizon High School in Bombo, focused on educating students about the menstrual cycle, hygiene practices, and dispelling common myths surrounding menstruation.

Our team provided students with both disposable and reusable sanitary products, ensuring they would have access to essential hygiene resources. We also led discussions on the importance of proper menstrual health practices, aiming to boost students’ confidence and reduce school absenteeism linked to menstruation. These campaigns not only empowered young women to take control of their menstrual health but also contributed to creating a supportive school environment.
